Principal Responsibilities:

The Kaiserman JCC is seeking part-time cleaning staff for its building in Wynnewood, PA. This position will require work on nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform deep cleaning on the bathrooms

Stock supplies in bathrooms (soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc)

Keeping track of supplies for when cleaning supplies need to be ordered

Perform cleaning duties such as floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, buff, strip, wax, burnish & scrubbing of floors)

Perform daily dusting (high and low dusting)

Set up and break down areas before and after meetings, events and other activities

Trash Removal

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Previous commercial or residential cleaning

Previous floor technician experience is preferred but not required

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Salary:

$25,000 - $35,000
