Principal Responsibilities:

The Kaiserman JCC is seeking part-time cleaning staff for its building in Wynnewood, PA. This position will require work on nights and weekends.


Responsibilities:

  • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
  • Perform deep cleaning on the bathrooms
  • Stock supplies in bathrooms (soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc)
  • Keeping track of supplies for when cleaning supplies need to be ordered
  • Perform cleaning duties such as floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, buff, strip, wax, burnish & scrubbing of floors)
  • Perform daily dusting (high and low dusting)
  • Set up and break down areas before and after meetings, events and other activities
  • Trash Removal

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Previous commercial or residential cleaning
  • Previous floor technician experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills

Salary:

$25,000 - $35,000
