The Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island (the Alliance) is a community organization that works to enrich Jewish life in Rhode Island, Israel, and worldwide. Tzedakah (righteous giving and justice), Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), and Hineni (standing with others). We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
Position Summary
The CFO is a strategic partner to the President/CEO and a key member of the senior leadership team. This role provides strategic financial leadership across the organization, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and technology systems, and ensuring the organization's sustainability and growth. The CFO leads the finance department, supervises staff, and collaborates with senior leadership to ensure a strong infrastructure and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this full-time, exempt position is $110,000 - $130,000, with a competitive benefits package. The CFO reports directly to the President/CEO.
