The Annual Campaign Coordinator is responsible for broadening our donor base and leading the BB Camp Annual Fundraising efforts, including all programmatic grants. The Annual Campaign Coordinator supports and executes fundraising strategies and activities, resulting in increased financial stability of the agency. Fundraising strategies will include identifying and soliciting potential new annual gifts ($1,000+); grant writing, submission, and reporting; managing the Culture of Philanthropy Committee; developing and implementing fundraising at events; partnering on event implementation and committee management; implementing new initiatives. The right candidate for this position will have the ability to work cooperatively as a team member and maintain positive working relationships. This candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and take initiative on all duties related to this position. The candidate will have 3+ years' experience working in non-profit fundraising, with a preference for experience in grant writing.
