Position Description:
The Milton & Betty Katz JCC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. This person will provide various administrative and clerical support as well as customer service functions as needed for certain Departments throughout the Center. Responsibilities may include: preparing correspondence, answering phones, collate and distribute mail, maintain filing systems, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, interacting with members and guests, selling membership, help with planning/working events and various other assignments as needed.
The ideal candidate would have a background administrative and customer service.
This position is 25-30 hr/wk Benefits Included as well as a FREE GYM Membership.
Salary: $30,000- $35,000
