Ensures the best possible member and guest satisfaction through a welcoming, friendly and positive manner; receives and welcomes people as they enter the JCC either physically or via the telephone; confirms membership status; accurately manages point of sale transaction; triages deliveries and responds to member & guest inquiries.
Upon arrival for your shift, check-in with the Fitness Desk and any other appropriate staff to make sure they know that you are on duty and how to contact you (mobile radio or phone). Walk through the building at least once an hour to manage facility operations, safety, and provide customer service (greeting to members/guests) to everyone. Focus on the Welcome Desk to assist with member and guest check-in as needed. Monitor facility access points. Provide facility tours to prospective members as needed.
