Geocaching is a competitive treasure hunt where people look for hidden packets or messages by using a compass and a map as a lot of resourcefulness. If you haven't done geo caching but are open to learning, Camp Grossman will train you. Geo caching is a global hobby with packets hidden all over the world so you may choose to use your new skills outside of camp too! If you enjoy hiking and helping campers solve puzzles this job is for you! Teach and lead the campers in geo caching, a competitive sport in which participants find their way to various checkpoints across rough country with the aid of a map and compass, the winner being the one with the lowest elapsed time. As our alumni can tell you: Camp Grossman summers are an amazingly fun way to spend your summers while developing great skills which will serve you well in future jobs and life in general. The Grossman team is a dynamic group which works as a tight team to create wonderful experiences for children while helping them build confidence and skills. Camp Grossman is located on 75 acres of the Hale Reservation in Dover. Staff come from all over the Greater Boston area.
