Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Family Engagement Director has overall responsibility for developing and implementing Shalom Orlandos strategy for Family Engagement including the PJ Library Program. This includes but is not limited to the Federations Family engagement programs, PJ Library Program, PJ Our Way Program, and the PJ Baby and Me Program. This is a hands-on position with a goal to enhance and increase participation in Jewish Life through the PJ programming options, subscriptions, and building community. It is expected that approximately 10 hours per week will be spent in the office and on administrative work while 15 hours per week will be spent out in the community with programs and meetings. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, high-energy, creative, organized, and be able to act as a community organizer.

Salary range is 55,000 - 65,000.
