Principal Responsibilities:
Day Camps@The J a premier summer camp located in Stamford, CT is looking for a Boating Instructor for this summer. Spend your summer teaching campers how to safely use pedal boats on our on property lake. This is an enriching and rewarding position, helping campers have an amazing experience a summer of fun. Previous experience working with children required and previous boating experience is preferred.
If you're not already a lifeguard, we will train you (and pay for the certifications)!
An ideal candidate is:
- 18+years old
- Enjoys working with children
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Enjoys spending their days on the water
- Has previous camp experience (preferred but not a must)
Other qualifications:
- Must be able to swim and pass a lifeguard certification
This Job will take place from June 22 to August 14, with additional paid training days. Our pay reflects the salary for the entire summer.
