Performs daily repair and mechanical maintenance to JCC buildings and assets.
Supervision Received: Works under direct supervision of Assistant Facilities Director and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
Work may be performed in areas that require special safety gear as well work permits.
Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity, and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more. Wears protective clothing whenever it is required. This can include but is not limited to eye protection, gloves, boots, and respirators.
