Principal Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Facilities Technician reports directly to the Director of Facilities, and helps maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the JCC East Bay. The Facilities Technician supports daily operations of the facility and is active in preventative maintenance at the JCC East Bay. The Facilities Technician supports staff, which includes room set-ups and breakdowns, cleanliness of building, opening and closing of building, minor front desk duties and other duties as assigned. The Facilities Technician maintains facilities items such as tools, tables, chairs, and other items needed to support the facility and its programs. The Facilities Technician will have the ability to support security needs, and excellent customer service skills, as they will be working with staff across all JCC East Bay departments, and a variety of vendors.
