Principal Responsibilities:

SUMMARY:

The Camp Administrator will take primary responsibility for daily and weekly clerical duties, answering the phone, responding to Camp Parents/Inquiries, and assisting the Camp Director with Camp Programs. Schedule: 15 hours per week from February to May. Hours increase to 30 hours per week from June 1st to June 17th. Hours then increase to 40 hours per week from June 20th to August 19th. Attendance at some Orientation, and necessary pre-camp work to get ready for the summer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:

Education/Experience:

  • Have proven experience in Education, Office or Human Service field
  • Good character and integrity
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Jewish customs and traditions

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of MS Office (Word, EXCEL, Outlook), internet applications and social media
