Athletic Director
The Athletic Director at Berkshire Hills is responsible in in creating and implementing the athletic program. The Athletic Director works directly with the Program Director to create fun, safe, and dynamic athletic programing, for children ages 7-15 years old. This person will also work with and oversee the 9 athletic staff members.
As the Athletic Director you will lead, teach, supervise, and ensure the overall safety of the athletic program. Applicants must demonstrate significant experience teaching/coaching in the athletics, as well as the ability to train and supervise a group of assistants. We require our Athletic Director to be able to work autonomously, developing their own program within the Berkshire Hills philosophy.
