Principal Responsibilities:

The Finance Associate is responsible for managing the company accounts payable process and function in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position oversees processes associated with the payment of invoices, ensuring the accuracy of the entire process as it relates to vendor payment, processing of purchase orders, receiving, invoices and payment of invoices, and communication with buyers. For payroll this position is responsible for processing payroll, monitoring and maintaining the agency payroll database in conjunction with the Human Resource department, provide general payroll support to employees, reconciling general ledger accounts, and work on special assignments. This position ensures company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to accounts payable and payroll. This is a Part-Time 25 hour a week position.

Primarily sitting at workstation in office environment utilizing the computer.

Includes some filing which requires the ability to bend, stoop, and stand as necessary.
