Principal Responsibilities:

We are seeking a customer friendly employee to answer phones, field questions, relate with members, handle registrations, provide supervision of the facility and other light duty tasks. Computer skill are required. Some nights and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

 Good phone communication and message taking skills
 Be aware of all JCC activities/events and be able to answer questions about them
 Handle money and credit card transactions
 Learn the JCC computer system
 Supervision skills and being able to work independently
 Open or close the building as needed
 Make phone calls or handle paperwork as required

Qualifications:

 Good customer service skills
 Problem solving skills
 Must be organized
 Willingness to learn and understand Kaiserman JCC policies and procedures
