The Kids' Place/Specialty Camps Program Manager is
responsible for the creation and implementation of our after school/school-aged
program and summer specialty camps. This person should create new and innovative programming that enhances the social, cognitive, physical and emotional development of the children in our programs.They will oversee the day-to-day operation
of our Kids' Place department during the school year and Specialty Camps in the
summer, to ensure we are providing a safe and structured environment to
children in our care. They will be responsible for the recruiting, hiring,
training and supervising Kids' Place and camp part time staff, planning and facilitating
staff meetings monthly, and communicate with parents in a consistent and
professional manner. The Kids' Place/Specialty Camps Program Manager will be
