Ideal candidate is 21+, "gets" camp, a dynamic educator who understands the value and power of overnight Jewish camp, is comfortable in pluralistic experiential settings, possesses Jewish content knowledge (graduate level preferred), has a proven leadership background, is skilled at experiential Jewish education, is available for orientation and residence for the entire summer season up to 10 weeks.
