Principal Responsibilities:

PAY RATE/STATUS: $22-$26 per hour DOE / Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Under the direct supervision of the HR Director, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative and human resources support in the core operational processes and procedures of the department. The HR Coordinator will assist the HR Director with recruitment and onboarding, maintenance of personnel records, training, and ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulatory requirements. The incumbent in this role will assist with the administration of various employee benefit programs and will serve as a point of contact for employee requests and questions. The HR Coordinator shall ensure increasing levels of employee satisfaction, good human resources practices, and maintain overall compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
