Summary: The Toddler Support Teacher provides a flexible component of the classroom teaching team for infants, toddlers, and twos. This teacher works with one or more classrooms throughout the day, helping the team provide an engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experience for the children in their classrooms. The floating teacher is called upon to deal with a variety of children and situations and must be able to quickly identify classroom needs and adapt their interactions to meet the developmental needs of different groups of children. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow in your education career!
High school diploma plus NCECC (North Carolina Early Childhood Credential) or equivalent
Preference given to college coursework in Education or related field
