Principal Responsibilities:

The David R. Kahn Community Campus is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our organization as a part-time Campus Facilities Assistant. As part of our facilities team, you will be an integral part of helping us achieve our goal of being a Welcoming, Engaging, and Empowering place for all in our community. In this position you will be performing a variety of tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the Campus 's buildings, facilities and grounds as well as being a friendly face able to assist our members, renters and guests. This can be a physically demanding position at times. You must enjoy working outdoors, are able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs. throughout a standard shift. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and experience with facilities maintenance, is self-motivated with excellent time management skills with the ability to shift priorities as necessary, is competent using both hand and power tools, and is friendly with strong verbal communication skills.
