The Family Engagement Program Manager is primarily responsible for creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere for families raising young Jewish children to connect with the JCC, each other and the Jewish communal opportunities in our northern NJ community.
This position will directly supervise "J on the Go Getters", part-time parent connectors, who will focus on outreach of target families.
This position will also lead in the planning and design of monthly events and weekly programs, contributing creativity and curriculum experience to make the programs interactive and engaging, highlighting and celebrating our Jewish heritage, culture, holidays and values.Additionally, the Family Engagement Program Manager will effectively manage the costs of the programs to fit within the assigned budget parameters.
