Position: Welcome Desk Representative
Status: Non-Exempt, Minor- Part-time, At-Will
Supervisor: Director of Operations & Special Projects
The Welcome Desk is the hub of the JCC and serves as a resource center for all members, guests, and staff. The Welcome Desk Representative's responsibilities are to make sure people are directed to the appropriate departments and to provide people with the answers they need about our events and programming. They deliver beyond our member's expectations, contribute to member retention, and create a friendly and welcoming environment.
All employees of the APJCC are responsible to create relationships with the members to add value to their membership and enhance their sense of belonging with the APJCC community.
