Principal Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Include:

• Work directly with all camper families regarding registration and basic camp information, including all year-round services
• Work closely with Camp Director to perform various administrative functions
• Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends and needs
• Responsible for data entry, reports and statistical management
• Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
• Effectively coordinate with and work as a liaison between departments and camps
• Interact with all levels of the company
• Represent the values and mission of the organization through all communication with camper families, staff and donors

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Stellar organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
• Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills

Preferences:

• 3-5+ years' experience in an administrative role
• Experience with registration/database systems is a plus
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Experience in a medical setting is a plus

This job is hybrid from September through April, and full time in person from May to August. September through June, office located at Westchester JCC. July and August will be at HKC in Pearl River.

Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000

Sunrise Day Camp-Pearl River is the first day camp in the world for children with cancer and their siblings, offered free of charge to over 300 campers each summer.
