Principal Responsibilities:

The role of the CXO is to enhance the experience of its community members, grow participation in its programs and offerings, improve member and staff retention and increase revenue generation for the agency.

The CXO will build a strong culture of engaged staff members that embody the mission and values of the JCA and bring those attributes to every interaction. Staff will have a deep and thorough understanding of the agency, the services offered and why they are offered.

Minimum Qualifications:

The CXO will develop an agency wide system of engagement rooted in the mission and vision of the JCA.

The CXO will inspire a culture of kindness, open honest communication and deep listening in order to create a highly functional, productive, positive work environment.

Working in partnership with senior leadership, the CXO will activate every staff member and train them to deliver a consistent, well-designed community member experience across all entry points of the organization.

Work closely with IT & Marketing to ensure our website, social media and online experiences are consistent with in-person experiences.

The CXO will refine and/or develop measuring, tracking and reporting systems to monitor progress toward achieving established outcomes and determine when and how to pivot as needed.

The system of engagement consists of 4 areas of focus that will bring the culture of the JCA into a newly structured community experience.

  2. Community Rollout and Implementation of Engagement Philosophy
  3. Measurement and Evaluation of Effectiveness
  4. Learning and Innovation
