Principal Responsibilities:

Counselors (must be 16 by June 1, 2019) guide our camper groups throughout the day as campers experience traditional summer camp activities like Arts and Crafts, Athletics, Swimming, Nature and small group time. Counselors exercise their leadership skills as they lead and assist with daily activities and other camp programs, providing campers with meaningful summer experiences and warm memories for years to come. Counselors must possess never-ending patience, a genuine desire to work with children and a passion for summer camp. Counselors are expected to work cooperatively with their co-counselors and other counselors in their unit and report to their Unit Leader.

Camp Seneca Lake is located in the Finger Lakes Region in Central New York!

We are looking for positive role models who can work with campers, ages 8-16 years, with a variety of abilities and who create an inclusive environment for all; creating a fun and safe place to allow them to grow and be happy all summer long.

Be part of an energetic and creative team of counselors who together will thread our themes into the fabric of our camp. You will lead an age group of children through their daily activities; supervising and supporting the needs of your campers; planning and implementing age appropriate activities; communicating effectively with parents; and by creating a positive environment for all.

Camp operates from Sunday, June 28 - Sunday, August 16, 2020.

Approximately (7) paid days off during the Camp season.

Full time hours including days, nights and weekends.

Competitive pay plus Room and Board.
