Principal Responsibilities:

The Assistant Super is responsible for overseeing and assisting the maintenance team in all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining indoor and outdoor spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment. This position will be called upon to back up our CDL bus driving staff.
