Job Summary: The Case Coordinator will be responsible for intake, assessment and providing referral services for clients seeking support from the Marks JCH COVID-19 job placement and self-sufficiency services. They will be directly involved in providing resources and assistance; helping clients navigate employment and other benefits available to them through internal and external services. The Case Coordinator will work with social workers, job specialists, domestic violence counselors and other related specialists, offering clients a full service support system. The Case Coordinator must be highly organized, empathetic, compassionate and eager to help vulnerable adults. You will often be the first point of contact for many of the clients, establishing trust and determining need will be essential.
