Our dynamic and community-centered organization is looking for an energetic, conscientious, and resourceful Farm Camp Specialist to join our team for the season. The Milk and Honey Farm is a 2+ acre educational, sustainable farm located at the Boulder JCC. Our farm camp brings campers ages 4-12 for experiential programs and activities grounded in Jewish heritage, tradition, and values and provides a place for individuals to connect on the simplest level with soil, plants, animals, and people. The farm specialist will be supported by the Farm and Sustainability Director on curriculum, program development, and farm operations.
This is a non-exempt hourly position with a salary range of $14-17/hour commensurate with experience. This is a 40-hour a week position May-August with the possibility of extension through the year. The benefits currently include a 403b retirement plan, staff discounts, and more.
