Our dynamic and community-centered organization is looking to add energetic, conscientious, and resourceful Camp Counselors to our team. The Cherryvale Camp Counselors are the foundation of our summer day camp program which serves children ages 4-12. Camp would not be possible without you!

This role is in-person, seasonal, and full time during the camp season, May 28 - August 13, 2021. Because the health and safety of our staff and community is our top priority, we follow extensive health and safety protocols, including but not limited to:

COMPENSATION

This is a non-exempt hourly position with a salary range of $12.32-13/hour commensurate with experience. The benefits currently include a 403b retirement plan, staff discounts, and more.

This position is scheduled based on the numbers of campers we have each session and is dependent on changing restrictions due to COVID-19. We can not always guarantee full time work each week but we do our best to ensure our counselors work as many hours as possible throughout the summer.

Minimum Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old

No longer enrolled in High School (graduation not required)

Positive, authentic attitude and a strong desire to work with and serve as a positive role model for children and young adults

Willingness to work outside during summer months

Responsible, reliable, and punctual
