Be part of an energetic and creative team of Unit Leaders who together will help our campers and staff to have a wonderful experience in a comfortable environment. You will lead the unit by managing, supervising and supporting the counselor team; planning and implementing age appropriate activities; communicating effectively with parents; and by creating an positive environment for all.
Unit Leaders (must be 21 by June 1, 2019) supervise, manage and mentor staff in their assigned age groups (units); supervise campers and address behavioral issues and parent concerns; develop and execute creative programming in line with the Camp's mission and vision, and participate in or lead any other senior leadership responsibilities.
Unit Leaders must be camper-focused, and able to establish and execute clear expectations for their staff and campers. Unit Leaders must demonstrate sound judgment and establish a nurturing and safe environment for all campers and staff. Unit Leaders will work cooperatively with all staff and report directly to the Camp Director.
Candidates must be warm, caring, patient, creative and flexible. You must possess a strong work ethic. Most importantly, candidates must LOVE working with school aged children, taking part in their growth and development by providing a positive summer camp experience.
Camp operates from Sunday, June 28 - August 16, 2020
Approximately (7) paid days off during the Camp season.
Full time hours including days, nights and weekends.
Competitive pay plus Room and Board.

Senior Staff Orientation: Wednesday, June 17-Friday, June 19, 2020
General Staff Orientation: Monday, June 22 - Saturday, June 27, 2020
