Our dynamic and community-centered organization is looking to add a talented, conscientious, and organized Rental Business Manager to the team. The primary role of this position is to provide accounting support and maintain the database for the Rental Department.
As the Rental Business Manager, you'll work most closely with the Event & Rental Director and within a top-notch Operations Team. As the backbone of all business functions in the Rental Department, the Rental Business Manager manages client account records, serves as the financial interface between the Rentals and Finance Departments, interfaces with current and prospective clients and serves as a key knowledge center and primary administrator for the Rentals Department.
This position requires an affinity to work both independently and collaboratively to handle varied requests and proactively anticipate changing needs. In addition to being organized and detail-oriented, this position depends on your analytical skills, proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to communicate effectively. Ideal candidate is highly- organized, enjoys helping others, and supporting special events from inception to completion.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works primarily during business hours. Due to safety concerns of COVID-19, this position will onboard onsite and begin working fully onsite or in a hybrid schedule (some days remote and some days onsite each week). The health and safety of our staff is our top priority. As such, we have put extensive COVID-19 policies and procedures in place for employees working on-site. While performing regular duties, you will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried position with a salary range of $40,000-$44,000 commensurate with experience. The benefits currently include medical and access to reimbursement account (HSA) with generous employer contributions, 403b retirement plan with up to a 4% employer match, dental, vision, disability, life, as well as paid vacation time and holidays, staff discounts, and more.
