Membership Manager

Job Summary

The Membership Manager is responsible for all tasks related to membership at the JCC Mid-Westchester, including providing tours and signing up new members, managing the membership database (Daxco), processing payments and fees for programs and services, and ensuring a responsive and high quality of customer service for anyone who contacts the JCCMW.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Serve as a friendly and welcoming representative of the JCC Mid-Westchester, often the first "face" that people interact with.
• Facilitate program registration setup for all JCC programs (Nursery school, Gala, Swim, Gymnastics, Summer Camp, Fitness Memberships, one off events, etc.)
• Respond to inquiries from prospective members, members, and others within 48 hours.
• Keep customer database up to date with accurate information.
• Facilitate the flow of information between departments and customers
• Develops regular reports on membership metrics.

• Conduct tours for anyone interested in joining the JCCMW.

Skills, Education and Experience

• Strong experience working with membership databases. Knowledge of Daxco a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• College degree from accredited university.
