Principal Responsibilities:

PAY RATE/STATUS: $88,000-$110,000 annually DOE / Full-Time, Exempt

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Sr. Director of Community Engagement (CE) is a dynamic leader who builds, organizes and implements organizational wide systems that impact the internal and external customer experience. The Sr. Director of CE is responsible for growth and retention of the "membership" revenue stream, as well as the creation and oversight of a 1+ million dollar budget. The incumbent in this role serves as the key staff person establishing best practices in effective communication and productive inter-departmental collaborations. Additionally, the Sr. Director of CE provides leadership to our guest services team.
