Job Description:
The Diller Teen Fellows program is an immersive leadership program inviting a select group of Jewish 10th and 11th graders from 6 continents and 32 communities to step up, lead their communities, and repair the world. The Kaiserman JCC seeks a dynamic and caring informal Jewish educator to lead this program, so that 20 local teens/year have a transformative Jewish leadership experience. This program is a partnership between the Kaiserman JCC and the Helen Diller Family Foundation.

The Diller Teen Fellows coordinator will report to the Director of Engagement at the Kaiserman JCC. The coordinator will recruit and supervise two junior counselors and one program intern a year.

The salary range for this position is between $50,000-$55,000. Kaiserman JCC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, vision, Rx, dental, disability and life insurance, generous vacation and Jewish Holiday time and a 401K retirement savings program.
