The Mandell JCC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Program Officer to join our dynamic team. As the Chief Program Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs offered by the organization. You will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and board of directors to ensure that all programs align with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Chief Program Officer must have a passion for our mission, be creative in program development across all departments, foster meaningful relationships with employees, members and the community, and be comfortable in organization, details and a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

$75,000 - $85,000
