Principal Responsibilities:

This full time candidate will provide all administrative support for the ECC department in accordance with the philosophy, policies, practices and procedures of the program. This individual will work with staff and families to maintain up-to-date records for Connecticut State Licensing, answer emails and phone calls, in addition to maintaining schedules, calendars, supplies, and monitoring staff absences.

Additionally, this individual will serve as an employee relations representative by assisting teachers with their needs, listening to their concerns, and, with the directors, communicating and finding solutions for the betterment of the staff and the school.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience:

1 year experience working with young children

Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000
