The Shalom Operations Director, under the supervision of the Executive Director, shares in the JCC's commitment to its mission: strengthening Jewish identity, celebrating Jewish culture, and building inclusive community. This individual is responsible for managing personnel, overseeing scheduling, developing and managing Shalom Children's Center's budget, maintaining licensing and compliance, and overseeing enrollment and intake. The Shalom Operations Director will work collaboratively with the Shalom Curriculum and Education Director. Together, the co-Directors will set the vision and strategy for Shalom Children's Center, and provide logistical support to one another.
