The Jacksonville Jewish Community Alliance (JCA) seeks a single candidate to be an Audio/Visual and Information Technology Technician to perform various functions at the JCA.
This is a full time position whose responsibilities will include monitoring and servicing our VOIP phone system, pulling and connecting cabling, installation and configuration of switches and firewalls, maintenance of IP cameras and DVR systems, basic user workstation support, server and enterprise wide application maintenance and updates, LAN and WIFI support, customer and program data entry and database management, electronic room scheduling, assist in AV needs of meetings and other related items of the agency.
A working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office 365 and a Network+ certification is preferred.
Applicant should be knowledgeable in variety of technologies, be able to work independently and as part of a team and represent the agency with outside vendors.
