RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
?To be responsible for and help provide evening coverage agency switchboard during evenings, Sundays, Holidays and summer programs.
?Responsible for the operations of the building during evening hours such as answering telephone, redirecting communication to appropriate staff members, working with security, overseeing health and safety of clients in the building, and being the point person for reception.
?To coordinate and work together with the program supervisors and department heads.
?To help enforce courtesy and politeness to all staff and clients and maintain patience with clients and fellow staff
?To be aware of any recurring problems with staff, clients and patrons.
?Learn and help manage agency data/client management software.
?Sell and give information about different agency programs, services, and offerings.
?Communication with staff in distributing memos, mail, and other notices as needed, updating information for staff lists, phone extensions, updating staff names on mailboxes and keeping on top of information that is put on the bulletin board.
?Understand how to use the scheduling software and ensure the proper groups are using the proper spaces.
?To be responsible to help set up program rosters as needed.
?To be part of the agency process in registering for all programs and services.
?To perform other clerical duties as assigned.
?Become familiar with agency security protocols
?May perform any and all duties as Clerk-Typist or as assigned by your supervisor or other department heads.
?To help train any staff for the reception desk.
QUALIFICATIONS
JOB DETAILS
Salary: 42-45K
This is a non-Union position.
Schedule: This is a Full-Time position. The times are still to-be-determined. Late nights and weekends as needed. Typical shift is 3:30-11:30pm.
