The Dora L. Lewis Family and Child Development Center at the Weinstein JCC is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, Nature Education, and Judaics. Our program is supported by a professional and talented inclusion team and fully accredited by NAEYC.
Our Substitutes and floating Assistant Teachers typically work part-time, and hours will be determined based on your availability and our needs. They are helpful in every classroom, sometimes more than one classroom in a day. The school is open from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on experience and credentials. Opportunities for advancement and benefits are available.
These roles are ideal for a parent with school-aged children or students pursuing a degree in the field of early childhood. We are looking for professional individuals with potential availability at 7:30 am or until 6:00 pm.
