Westside JCC, a community center in mid-city Los Angeles, is seeking a full-time program and marketing professional to support the Centers program registration, membership, and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include membership and program sales, responding to general and member inquiries both in person and by telephone, completing program registration, and liaising with our marketing consultants. The ideal candidate is interested in supporting the Jewish community in a program and customer support position.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, computer literate & internet-savvy with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, a general knowledge of constituent relationship management (CRM) databases, marketing, social media, and the ability to multi-task. High school degree. High energy, enthusiastic, fast paced, meticulous and thorough mindset is needed. MUST have ability to commitment to full-time work. Proof of COVID19 vaccination and willingness to stay current with vaccination.
