The Early Learning Centers Operations Manager is a critical role for the Early Learning Center department, responsible for managing key business needs, for performing project management and for working collaboratively with staff and families to deliver outstanding service. On a temporary basis, this person will also oversee COVID testing.
This position provides essential support for four early learning centers in Brookline, Hingham, Newton, and Sharon. These centers nurture children, embrace families, mentor teachers and create a caring and vibrant Jewish community. The Early Learning Centers Operations Manager will develop warm relationships with children, colleagues and families and ensures systems are high functioning, which together foster a safe and smoothly running organization.

JCC Greater Boston is a nonprofit organization with roots in earlier Settlement Houses and Young Men's Hebrew Associations; JCC Greater Boston today offers a wide range of services and program activities throughout the Greater Boston region (~50,000 individuals annually in 98 communities).
