PAY RATE/STATUS: $62,400.00+ annually DOE / Full-Time, Exempt
Under the supervision of the Director of Development, the Annual Campaign & Gifts Manager will manage annual fundraising campaign infrastructure to ensure coordinated strategy, timeliness, and efficiency. This position oversees annual campaign efforts of the JCC and CJC, in coordination with the Director of Development. This position is primarily responsible for managing the build of all JCC and CJC annual campaigns and overseeing all donor gift entry to ensure that all cash, gifts, stock donations and pledges are accurately recorded in the database and reconciled with the finance department. This position manages the Tessitura database for data cleanliness and integrity, and supports all departments with development needs as it relates to donor information in the database. The Annual Campaign & Gifts Manager is an individual who is highly detail oriented who can learn a complex database and create and oversee policies and procedures regarding donor tracking. Leadership will be necessary to ensure the Development Department is in compliance for accurate donor reporting to the Board of Directors and individual donors.
