The Program Director is a full-time, salaried overtime-exempt position providing oversight and leadership for the JCC's program departments. The Program Director is responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of assigned departments and their staff, as well as long-term strategy to grow programs and revenues. The position requires expertise in at least two of the following departments: camp/youth, adults, arts/theater, sports, fitness, aquatics, and early childhood. The Program Director may be tasked with operating one or more programs in their portfolio independently, with the opportunity to move into a supervisory role for those programs and expand their portfolio as our programs continue to grow. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director, supervises a team of full-time and part-time staff and independent contractors, and works alongside a team of professional colleagues as part of the JCC's leadership team.
