Salary: $15 per hour
Summary: The HR Support Associate, under the supervision of the Finance Director, shares in the JCC's commitment to its mission: strengthening Jewish identity, celebrating Jewish culture, and building inclusive community. The HR Support Associate is responsible for managing the search/interview process for new employees in every department, creating and auditing employee files, scheduling onboarding, and managing employee benefits. This individual is responsible for designing and implementing an efficient, effective, and welcoming new employee onboarding process that sets the JCC's newest team members up for success.
