Principal Responsibilities:

Leading and/or instructing a number of swim team activities and programs within the pool or on land. Help create a positive learning and competitive environment. Be responsible for the overall health and safety, in and around the pool. Must be proficient in the use of rescue equipment.communicate with members, customers, colleagues and staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 18 years of age. Individuals with equivalent work experience and appropriate training may be considered.
• Experience:1 year experience working with young children
• Licensure: Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, ASCA Level 1 Coach or higher, WSI a plus

Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000
