The ideal candidate will need to be able to assist with daily virtual learning assignments covering all elementary age subjects, manage student's virtual school schedules, keep children on task and engaged, ensure all work is completed on time, provide educational assistance and daily progress reports to parents, and facilitate a variety of activities including but not limited to arts and crafts, gym sports, cooking, drama, dance, and other playful child activities.
All positions require energy, attention to detail, creativity, professionalism and willingness to work with a group of people towards the common goal of creating an outstanding program. The safety of the children is the number one priority. Counselors must be able to keep their group safe at all times and provide a fun, nurturing setting.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
Applicants will have experience working with children ages 5-12.
Must enjoy working with elementary-age children, participating in activities, and must be flexible and adapt well to change.
Needs leadership skills, enjoy working in a team setting, and have the desire to build relationships with children, parents, peers, and co-workers.
This is a part-time, hourly position. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience.
