The JCC seeks a dynamic individual to lead our middle school and teen engagement programs for the Baltimore Jewish community. The Middle School and Teen Program Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of programs for teens in 6th -12th grade, which includes but is not limited to: Middle School Leadership Council, Teen Service Council, Middle School Recreation, Junior Maccabi, and creating new programs to engage Middle and High school aged teens. This position will serve on our JCamps leadership team as the Director of the Top Notch Teen (TNT) summer camp serving 7th & 8th graders.
This full-time position requires the professional to work Sunday through Thursday and some evenings (Including occasional Saturday night).During the summer this position will transition to Monday through Friday. However, flexibility is necessary when supervising Teen Programming.
