To provide field maintenance on the sports fields of the Center, ensuring our buildings, grounds, and equipment are prepared for sports events. Assuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing and equipment is maintained at peak operating conditions. To provide our members, visitors, and employees, with space and equipment in support of each event.

The field maintenance person is responsible to the Shift Supervisor who in turn is responsible to the Supervisor of Support Services who in turn is responsible to the Director of Facilities. The Lead Support Services Housekeeper Associate is evaluated annually through the Performance Appraisal and Development Plan. A 90-day post employment evaluation may be conducted at the discretion of the Supervisor of Support Services. This determination shall be conducted at the discretion of the Supervisor of Support Services. This determination shall be made upon employment and written as part of the employee record.
