The Director of Development will plan, implement, and oversee the Mandell JCC's fundraising efforts, including an annual and endowment campaign to support programs and activities aligned with the JCC's mission to build community within a Jewish environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a creative, efficient, strategic problem solver with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; a proven networker with the ability to inspire and build community; comfortable in a fast-paced team environment managing multiple projects.

Salary:

$75,000 - $85,000
