Become part of the JCC Greater Boston's Metro North Family Engagement team!

Are you an individual with superb interpersonal and organizational skills, who enjoys working with families?

The JCC seeks a 15 hour /week Program Associate for Ready Set Kids, our site in Arlington.

This position is part of the Family Engagement & Jewish Life (FEJL) Department whose goals are to build relationships and create community for families with young children ages 0-5 seeking some kind of Jewish connection. This position is focused specifically on engaging families with children up to 5 years with classes and workshops that meet their needs, and managing our space at Ready, Set, Kids as a comfortable, welcoming place for families.

Strong communication skills, fluency in social media required. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as be part of a team. Must have experience working with families with young children. Program planning and/or administrative experience preferred. Includes some weekend and evening programmatic responsibilities.
